I provide individual and couples counseling. In therapy, my goal is to help my clients seek clarity, find peace and self-compassion in their lives while also working on healing their wounds that may feel too heavy to overcome or carry on their own. Transforming the lives of BIPOC individuals in a safe and collaborative space is one of my greatest passions and joys. My therapy approach uses techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) interpersonal therapy (IPT) and person centered therapy with a healing centered and culturally sustaining approach. My fee for individual and a couples session is $175 for a 50 minute session. I accept credit or cash for payment and offer limited reduced fee slots depending on your individual circumstances. I offer in person sessions or telehealth sessions on Fridays (9am to 2pm) and telehealth sessions on Mondays and Thursdays evenings during the hours of 6pm to 8pm. I hope that I can be a meaningful part of your healing journey.
