Tricia Dela Cruz
About me
Building resilience, fostering growth, creating change. We all experience seasons of stress, uncertainty, and change—but you don’t have to navigate them alone. In therapy, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space to better understand your experiences, strengthen your coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in helping individuals manage stress, navigate parenting challenges, cope with anxiety and depression, build self-esteem, and heal from grief and intergenerational trauma. My goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, and equipped to face life’s challenges. As a certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), I also provide specialized support during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. Whether you are preparing to welcome a child or adjusting to life with a new baby, I offer compassionate guidance to help you navigate this transformative chapter with greater confidence and support. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing you down, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered in your daily life. Beyond my work as a therapist, I’m a wife, a mother of two energetic children, and a passionate traveler. As the daughter of a Filipino-American immigrant family, I understand how culture, race, identity, and family experiences can shape the way we move through the world. I strive to provide culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique background and lived experience. When life gets busy, you’ll often find me running, cycling, or spending time outdoors—activities that help me stay balanced and connected to my own well-being.You deserve a space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
