Are you feeling sad more often than usual? feeling a lot of stress or anxious due to work, the pandemic, or family demands? feeling irritable towards your partner? needing someone to talk to about a traumatic event or losing a loved one? If any of the things listed above relates to you then psychotherapy may help. I admire you for being BRAVE & looking into psychotherapy so pat yourself on the back. As a social worker, I provide psychotherapy to guide & support you as you improve your life. I work with individuals to discuss the challenges she/he/they are facing & to find tools for coping. In my practice, I integrate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, seeking safety, interpersonal therapy, mental health first aid, & wellness practices which have helped my clients with their recovery. I recommend psychotherapy if you are ready to change your unhealthy habits, need to work through a traumatic experience, &/or ready to grow, learn, or feel better as a person. I believe that everyone should go to psychotherapy at some point in their life because life can be unbearable at times, and I hope to help you during your difficult time.
