About me

Infertility, queer family building, pregnancy loss, or the postpartum season can feel destabilizing in ways you didn’t expect. You might be dealing with anxiety that feels hard to control, grief that shows up in waves, or thoughts you didn’t expect like jealousy, shame, or constant mental looping. You may find yourself trying to regain a sense of control through researching, comparing, or overthinking, while also feeling unlike yourself. At the same time, there can be pressure to hold it together or “be grateful,” leaving you feeling alone in what you’re experiencing. I'm a perinatal mental health therapist who approaches this work with both clinical training and lived understanding of how nonlinear and humbling this road can be. You don’t have to carry this alone. Visit my website to schedule a free consultation.

As a queer therapist, I’m intentional about where I refer my LGBTQ+ clients building their families. Ana is someone I trust deeply. With her, clients don’t have to shrink themselves or explain their path to parenthood—they simply get to be.

Ana's expertise in peri and postnatal therapy is nothing short of remarkable; her genuine empathy and profound understanding of the challenges parents face enable them to navigate the complexities of early parenting with newfound confidence. The supportive and nurturing environment she creates fosters deep connections and significantly enhances the holistic well-being of both parents and their children, making her an invaluable resource in our field.
