Hey there! I'm Chas & I'm a trained full spectrum doula, a certified perinatal nutrition educator, & a personal chef of 6+ years. LF&V was created in memory of my son Anthony who was stillborn at 37 weeks & 6 days in 2014. My mission is to provide physical, emotional, mental, educational, & nutritional support to all parents by supporting with a mix of humility, heart, facts, and food.
