Hey there! I'm Chas & I'm a full spectrum doula, a certified perinatal nutrition educator, & a personal chef of 10+ years. This supportive service was created in memory of my son Anthony. My mission is to provide physical, emotional, mental, educational, & nutritional support to parents by supporting with a mix of humility, heart, facts, and food.

This package is great for new moms, those who have survived trauma/loss, and/or overall just want holistic support: • 2 Prenatal visits and Monthly Check-Ins • Childbirth Education Class • 1 Perinatal Nutrition Session • 6 Postpartum visits • Birth plan assistance + resources • 24 hour on-call availability starting at 37 weeks until your baby is born • Continuous birth support (apart from short breaks for meals and rest as time allows) • Baby feeding & postpartum support • Referral services for: health + wellness coach, postpartum physical training, lactation consultants, placenta encapsulation, support groups, etc. • Unlimited support via text, phone, and email throughout pregnancy and 4 weeks postpartum

Food for Little Feet (personal chef)
1.5 hours reserved for nutrition discussion A tasty menu curated just for you based on where you are in pregnancy or postpartum Grocery shopping, meals prepared in your kitchen, and clean-up Weekly service: 5 meals (2 servings each, totaling in 10 individual meals) + easy grab-n-go breakfast (4 servings of one meal) OR Biweekly service: 5 meals (4 servings of each, totaling in 20 individual meals) + easy grab-n-go breakfast (8 servings of one meal) This service CAN be bundled with a doula package & booked for a specific amount of time! (4 weeks postpartum, 6 weeks postpartum, etc) Each meal during pregnancy will be made with whole nutrient-dense foods to support the stage of pregnancy that mom is in Each meal during postpartum will be made with whole nutrient-dense foods to support healing, recovery, and lactation The total of weekly or biweekly meals can be tailored to accommodate the need/size of your household (Cost of groceries not included, flat rate of $425 applies to each service)
