I’d like to give birth at home I’d like for insurance to cover as much as possible. Max 5 grand

I plan to give birth at the hospital. I am not sure how much this usually costs so I just wanted to see my options. I want an unmedicated non induced birth, unless medical intervention is necessary to avoid complications or if I am just not a good candidate for the natural route.

A doula that takes TENNCARE and will need to be with me while I;m giving birth at the hospital in Cleveland, Tn - Bradley Medical Center. I don't have much money at all, which is why I'm hoping someone will take Tenncare. I go into the hospital the day before to be induced because I am type I diabetic, I have my boyfriend who will be there but, will most likely be dead tired from work. It will be a vaginal birth, unless things get too hard, then c section. I will want the baby to stay attatched to the cord for as long as he can. I would like my fiance Stephen to be present during birth and possibly my Mother Teddi, who can switch out with him if needed. During labor i would like to have music of my own playing, to wear my own clothes, to have Stephen and Mom to be allowed to take pictures at the end, to stay hydrated with clear liquids or ice chips, to have my blood sugar monitor near me to watch for low blood sugar, with jello near as well, and to be able to eat and drink when doctor allows.

I’m looking for support during labor and guidance on what hospital to give birth that at.

Tullahoma TN Vanderbilt Hospital. I don’t have a budget but would like to stay in the $500-$800 if possible I want to have a natural, minimal intervention, I’d like to snack during labor and try to avoid a c-section.
