I am Dr. Grace. I specialize in healing the deepest parts of ourselves. My practice is guided by equity, safety, and pleasure of all persons. This level of healing requires breaking down internal beliefs of not-enoughness. It is activism and liberation of the Self through the pelvis. This takes conscious awareness of the ancestoral lineage and collective traumas. Loving the You in your pelvis involves grounding, centering in your unique, freely expressed You. I like to think of the pelvis as a point of meeting between the heavens and the earth. I practice healing through Physical Therapy specializing in Women’s Health with an emphasis in Pelvic Health and Obstetric Health. Through trauma informed Medical Yoga Therapy TM, body/mind/spirit movement, breathwork, energy work, Compassionate Inquiry TM, Somatic ExperiencingTM, and various manual therapy techniques, I support relational deep healing. I came to this work through my own experiences with pelvic dysfunction, trauma, and pain. I learned how to give what I always needed.

Hi! My name is Kaylan. I’m a certified Newborn Care Specialist with a degree in Child Development and over 12 years of hands-on experience supporting families during the newborn stage. I’ve worked in both Alabama (where I was born and raised) and Los Angeles, where I’ve been based since 2016. My passion for working with infants started early, and I feel so grateful to have turned that passion into a long-term, fulfilling career. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of families — including first-time parents, work-from-home professionals, and even high-profile clients such as professional athletes — which has helped me become highly adaptable and intuitive in all kinds of home environments. As a true night owl (I always say I’m a bit of a vampire! 🦇), overnight newborn care fits my natural rhythm perfectly. I specialize in creating calm, supportive nighttime routines that promote healthy sleep habits, while also providing peace of mind to parents during those first critical weeks and months. I’m excited about the possibility of supporting your growing family and hope to bring comfort, care, and consistency during this special transition into parenthood.

Kaylan services were amazing! She was very educated and knowledgeable. She was such a helping hand to not only my baby boy but me as well! She went over and beyond to give me the best days after giving birth. I trusted her so quickly and knew my baby boy was in GREAT hands. She kept me updated and we would do a talk before she left in the morning on how the night went. She kept everything neat and clean!

Hello! My name is Sana’a, and I am a certified postpartum doula with a deep passion for supporting new parents and their little ones. My goal is to provide compassionate, hands-on care that nurtures both the baby and the family as they adjust to this transformative stage of life. As an art teacher, I introduced children to the joys of knitting and crocheting, fostering creativity and patience in a fun, hands-on way. I also have two years of live-in personal assistant experience, where I developed skills in meal prepping, daily cooking, light cleaning, laundry, and schedule management—skills that seamlessly support my work as a postpartum doula. I am committed to creating a calm, organized, and nurturing environment for new parents. Whether it’s assisting with newborn care, meal preparation, emotional support, or helping parents establish a routine, I take pride in easing the transition into parenthood. My goal is to make you feel safe and deeply empowered as a parent.

My husband and I are so happy with Sophie. She’s an excellent doula, a wonderful person, and we consider her part of our family. We are first time parents and she has such a steady, comforting, kind presence that’s been crucial to helping us get through some tough days. We (and our dog, she loves Sophie) are always glad to see Sophie walk through the door. Sophie has also helped me with my breastfeeding journey - honestly, it’s not something that I’ve enjoyed overall, and she’s helped me clarify why I’m doing it and what can be done to make it easier. I’m still pumping and wouldn’t have made it this far without her. Sophie is also super thorough and documents in detail how each night goes with our daughter. I’ve changed up my daughter’s feeding routine several times with different supplements and breastmilk/formula combinations based on her gas and fussiness. Sophie is flexible and always willing to try a new routine, offering her thoughts based on what she sees at night, and is patient with me every time I want to mix it up :). In sum, we love Sophie and trust her completely with our daughter. I'm now pregnant with my second, and am obviously using Sophie as part of our dream team once again!

Hey there! My name is Sheri Rodriguez, IBCLC and I’m the owner of Sweetmilk Lactation Support. Serving the Hemet/San Jacinto Valley and surrounding areas! Prior to becoming an IBCLC, I was a breastfeeding mother of two. I struggled to breastfeed my first born and I was so determined to make it work! I found it very hard to find lactation support, so I did a lot of late night/ breastfeeding session google searching for answers! It was not pretty! The advice online was not helpful as everyone had a different experience! I finally found a few county IBCLCs who helped me, and the rest was history. I breastfed my first for 23 months and my second for over 3 years. I quickly knew a few months after my first was born that I wanted to be the support to other families struggling to breastfeed their babies. I started on my journey and became a lactation educator and La Leche league leader until I sat for my IBCLC exam. I love providing education and support to lactating families and if you’re in need of support right now. Please feel free to contact me today!

Laura helped us take care of our baby for the first 6-16 weeks of his life. She took such great care of him and helped us develop healthy sleep habits for him early on, as well as diagnose issues and troubleshoot regressions as they came up (and there are a lot of them in that first year!). She was also so easy to work with, and very understanding of how difficult these early weeks can be on the parents. I would give Laura ten stars on here if I could!
