Service introduction

I walk alongside families during some of the most meaningful—and vulnerable—moments of their lives. From preparing for birth and breastfeeding to understanding fertility or grieving the loss of a baby, my work centers on listening deeply and offering steady, compassionate guidance. I combine evidence-based education with a holistic, faith-aware approach that honors each family’s values, story, and season. My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and never alone—no matter where you are on your journey.

Packages
Birth Doula Support Package
My birth doula package provides compassionate, skilled support for you throughout pregnancy, continuous support during your birth, and practical help during the early postpartum period. My role is to walk alongside you—offering emotional reassurance, practical comfort measures, and evidence-based information—so you feel confident and supported throughout your birth. Prenatal support includes two face-to-face meetings to explore your hopes for birth and review your options and preferences, as well as one class to practice comfort techniques and prepare emotionally and practically for birth. I help you and your partner feel informed and united as you approach the big day. I am also trained in providing herbal care, if desired and approved by your maternity care provider. During your birth, I provide steady, continuous support tailored to your needs—encouragement, physical comfort, guidance through decision-making, and calm presence in the birth space. I support both you and your partner, helping everyone feel grounded and empowered. I will stay with you through the birth to support you as you feed baby for the first time, if desired. Postpartum support includes a follow-up visit to process the birth experience, support early feeding and recovery, and answer questions as you settle into life with your baby. My approach is holistic, family-centered, and rooted in respect for your faith, values, and choices. I work collaboratively with your medical team while keeping your emotional well-being at the center of care. I bring extensive training and experience, so you can feel well supported no matter how your birth unfolds. I’m happy to talk through payment plans and discounts—please feel free to ask during your consultation.

Prenatal Doula Support Package
My prenatal doula package offers flexible, personalized support during pregnancy, designed to meet you and your family where you are. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, this package allows you to choose the types of prenatal support that will be most helpful for your season of life, energy level, and family needs. Support may include childbirth or parenting education, preparation for welcoming a new baby into your home, and practical assistance that eases the mental and physical load of pregnancy. I can help with nursery preparation and baby-proofing, meal preparation or coordination, natural home cleaning or set-up for a planned homebirth, and support with planning for sibling care. I also offer optional faith-based support and herbal care, when desired and appropriate, always respecting your values and working within the direction of your maternity care provider. My role as a prenatal doula is to provide steady guidance, practical help, and emotional reassurance so you feel prepared, supported, and less overwhelmed as you approach birth. This package is ideal for families who want meaningful support during pregnancy but prefer flexibility over a fixed program. My approach is holistic, family-centered, and rooted in respect for your faith, values, and choices. Together, we create a prenatal support plan that truly serves you and your growing family. Reach out to schedule your free 30-minute consultation to explore how prenatal doula support can best serve your family.

Postpartum Doula Support Package
My postpartum doula package offers flexible, personalized support during the early weeks after birth, helping families rest, recover, and adjust to life with a new baby. This package is designed to meet you where you are, allowing you to choose the types of support that will be most helpful as you heal and settle into your new rhythm. Support may include hands-on breastfeeding counseling, infant care education, and gentle guidance as you learn your baby’s cues and feeding patterns. I also offer infant massage instruction, Baby Signs® classes, and practical parenting support tailored to your family’s needs. Practical, home-based support is a core part of postpartum care. I can assist with light household tidying, meal preparation or coordination, natural home cleaning, nursery or living space organization, and sibling care—helping to create a calm, supportive environment while you focus on recovery and bonding. Faith-based support and herbal care are available as optional components of postpartum care, when desired and appropriate, and always in collaboration with your healthcare provider. My role as a postpartum doula is to provide steady reassurance, practical help, and compassionate presence during a tender and often vulnerable season. My approach is holistic, family-centered, and rooted in respect for your faith, values, and choices, so you feel supported, confident, and cared for as you transition into this new chapter. Please reach out to schedule your free 30-minute consultation, where we can discuss your needs and create a postpartum support plan that fits your family.

Christelle is always lovely and helpful, providing kind encouragement as she draws from extensive experience with her own children and the children of many other families. I have asked her for advice or information on many aspects of mothering in the Catholic Nursing Mothers' Group. Outside of that group, I have sought her perspective on the prospect of pain in natural birth, hypnobirthing, breastfeeding my newborn who was exhibiting frustration by screaming when I tried to feed him, and healing an infection related to nursing. Even though she must be so busy with her own large family, she takes time to respond promptly to my questions. I am so glad to know Christelle and look forward to consulting her about more topics in the future!
