About me

Hi! I’m Christie, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and maternal-child nutritionist supporting families through pregnancy, breastfeeding, and the early feeding years. My approach to lactation support is warm, practical, and completely individualized. Whether you’re preparing for breastfeeding during pregnancy, navigating those first days and weeks, working through latch or feeding concerns, pumping, combination feeding, or simply looking for reassurance that things are going well, I’m here to help you feel informed and confident in your feeding journey. My goal is to meet you where you are, listen to what you and your baby need, and help you find an approach to feeding that feels sustainable and right for your family. I offer in-home lactation consultations throughout the Charlotte metro area as well as virtual support.
