I’m an early childhood nutritionist focused on supporting families from first feeding through the preschool years. My background in maternal-child nutrition, infant feeding, and early childhood health shapes my approach to nutrition consulting that is practical, developmentally appropriate, and grounded in evidence. Through Playful Plates, I work with families to make early feeding feel more approachable and less overwhelming. I believe a healthy relationship with food begins early, and that nutrition should support curiosity, confidence, and trust at the table. My goal is to help caregivers feel informed and supported as they navigate infant feeding, starting solids, picky eating, and everyday mealtime routines. Whether we’re talking about building balanced plates, understanding how food supports growth, or creating positive mealtime environments, my work is rooted in education that fits real families and real life.
