Hi! I found out my insurance covers doula services, and I wanted to reach out đ Iâm currently pregnant and interested in having extra support during pregnancy and possibly birth/postpartum. Iâd love to know more about you and your availability. Thank you!

1. Will be giving birth on base (Ft Campbell) 2. I donât have a budget yet. Iâm new to all this and trying to see whatâs best for me. 3. Baby doesnât leave mine or daddyâs sight, delayed cord clamping, no cervical exams, no constant wakings for âtesting or check upsâ, no bath for baby, wait till placenta comes out on its own and keeping it to make capsules. Might be induced in February, etcâŠ

If possible to be around $2,000 I donât have everything outlined for my birth plan but to name a few: - no epidural / no mention of the epidural - no episiotomy - wait for the cord to stop pulsing to cut - dim lights - minimal cervical checks - no pushing on my back - wireless monitoring so I can walk around - delayed bath for the baby to leave vernix - no vaccines - dad to cut the cord - food/water over IV - no
We are looking for help with our 4.5 week old. He is not sleeping at all at night - has lots of gas which is painful and Doritos his sleep. He also doesnât want to sleep in his crib so needing help with that. He is also fighting his daytime naps, sometimes staying awake for up to 4 hours at a time. And never naps anywhere but on me and rarely my husband. We need help managing and navigating sleep and getting him as well and us sleep. Would like someone with a gentle approach, no cry it out, has 8+ years of experience. We are hoping to stay around $35/hour

My partner is pregnant with a little girl due June 19 - we are planning to go to Owensboro for the birth, we live in Muhlenberg County (Beechmont). This is our first child, we don't have much of a birth plan. We both have very supportive and experienced family members/support system so I've leaned on them a lot for information. My partner is 27 years old, 28 by due date.
Hospital birth - worried about anxiety and pain management and would just like someone to help prepare me and assist during pregnancy and after.
