I would like to have a natural hospital birth and have a doula to help coach me through labor and help advocate for me with hospital staff.

1. Will be giving birth on base (Ft Campbell) 2. I don’t have a budget yet. I’m new to all this and trying to see what’s best for me. 3. We are looking for help with our 4.5 week old. He is not sleeping at all at night - has lots of gas which is painful and Doritos his sleep. He also doesn’t want to sleep in his crib so needing help with that. He is also fighting his daytime naps, sometimes staying awake for up to 4 hours at a time. And never naps anywhere but on me and rarely my husband. We need help managing and navigating sleep and getting him as well and us sleep.
