Night time feeding and diaper changes, watch over him at night
I need help with feedings, daiper changes, and getting my son to sleep. I want to get a few nights a week of uninterrupted sleep with my first born son. He has been having to deal with me not paying as much attention to him. I just want some help with my newborn. He is a late preemie so I need someone who has experience with getting a newborn to eat the full amount. He had issues in the nicu with eating and he is supposed to take 60ml in about a 30 minute time period. I was someone with atleast a year of experience with preemie and late preemie babies. My budget at the moment depends on how well the person is and how many nights. Im not looking to spend more than $200 in a month's time. Food can be provided for the person who is a good fit for me and my son. We do live in a house with multiple people. So there is some times during the night a person may get up. Only things that would be required is daiper changes before each feedings, feedings, getting my son back to sleep. He doesn't have to take the full 60ml as long as he takes 50ml. He eats every 3 hours. Sometimes he might wake up before the 3 hour mark but I try not to feed him at that time so his schedule doesn't get thrown off. But if he won't sleep and needs a little extra its ok.
Night nurse for overnights. To take care of a newborn through the night. Feeding, diapering, cleaning bottles. soothing to sleep.

Nothing with peanut butter! Her bedtime is between 8-9 pm with a nice warm bottle of formula and a fun educational cartoon or family movie on low to watch in her crib Ex:Magic school bus. When she fells asleep I'll put deep sleep music on to keep her asleep 15-20$ an hour I work night's 8pm-4am. 1-I planned birth at Northside Hospital in Cumming, GA 2- Not a budget in mind right now 3- Goal: Unmedicated Vaginal Birth (avoid Epidural/C-section) During Labor Pain Management: Please do not offer or discuss an epidural or other pain medication. I will request it if I feel I need it. I plan to use non-medicinal methods (e.g., movement, shower/tub, breathing). Medical Interventions: Please use intermittent fetal monitoring to allow for maximum mobility. Avoid an IV/saline lock unless medically necessary. I prefer to avoid labor-augmentation medications (like Pitocin) and allow my labor to progress on its own, unless there is a medical emergency. Delivery and Postpartum Birth of Baby: I would like to push instinctively (no coached pushing/breath-holding). I want to be in the position of my choice (e.g., standing, hands-and-knees, side-lying). Cord Clamping: I request delayed cord clamping until the umbilical cord has stopped pulsating. Immediate Postpartum: Please place the baby immediately on my chest for uninterrupted skin-to-skin contact. I request that all routine newborn procedures, like weighing and measurements, be delayed until after the first hour of skin-to-skin time. Placenta: I would like to keep my placenta. Please place it in a provided container/cooler immediately after delivery. I prefer to deliver the placenta spontaneously without Pitocin, unless medically necessary for hemorrhage prevention. Note to Staff: In the event of an unplanned C-section, I would still like the screen lowered for viewing, my partner present, and immediate skin-to-skin contact with the baby, or with my partner if I am unable.
