I am an experienced UK Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. I completed five years of academic study and have been working in private and public hospitals over the last few years to be able to assist individuals with a range of conditions. While I have a few interests, I specifically work with women to help them understand their body, support their fertility journey and improve their long-term health through evidence-based nutrition and sustainable long term changes. Why am I passionate about women’s health and fertility nutrition? Because I think we have a long way to go in understanding women’s bodies and how hormones can affect us. I want women to feel comfortable in their bodies and be able to make informed choices to improve long term health. As I have PCOS, IBS and Graves' disease myself, I have tried many of the nutrition and lifestyle solutions I discuss with my clients. I understand the struggles more so than most other professionals and would love to help you manage these conditions and their symptoms long term.

If you have been struggling with the symptoms of PCOS, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, other hormonal imbalances or Irritable Bowel Syndrome for some time, let’s do something about it now. Evidence-based nutrition can assist in managing many conditions and can help you feel better and improve the symptoms you are suffering from. While I have experience in a range of conditions, I specialise in women’s health and am passionate about helping women understand their bodies and lead symptom free lives. My specialities include Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Hypothyroidism (Hashimoto's thyroiditis) and Hyperthyroidism (Graves' disease). I also received specialist fertility nutrition training and can support females and couples looking to optimise their fertility. This includes optimisation prior to IVF and other artificial insemination techniques and general nutrition advice pre-conception (i.e. improving egg or sperm health). I am also hugely passionate about gut health and have experience in assisting clients with Coeliac disease, Diverticulitis, diarrhoea or constipation, bloating and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I have been trained on the use of the low FODMAP diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome by Monash University. Therefore, I can guide and assist you through the exclusion and reintroduction of FODMAP's to see if this improves your gastrointestinal symptoms. Besides looking only at foods, we will also discuss lifestyle changes to really help you manage these symptoms long term. As I believe we would all benefit from living more sustainable lives through our food choices I also support clients in implementing plant-based and vegan/vegetarian diets and what micronutrients may need to be monitored.
