Hi looking for doula services for labor & delivery, meals and nutrition, and mental health
I am a first-time mom, my baby girl is due 11/1/2026. I plan on giving birth at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa, CA and will be using my Kaiser insurance to pay for doula services. I am looking for birth support and postpartum support, and of course am open to prenatal support as well! I need knowledge and assistance with creating a birth plan, as this far I only know that I will be having a vaginal birth and would like an epidural, but am not educated on anything else, really. I will be primarily breastfeeding and pumping when necessary.

I have Kaiser insurance and am planning on giving birth at Kaiser Santa Clara. My birth plan is to be open to assistance or suggestions from professional support. I would like to try different types of pain management and am open to all if necessary. Ideally I do not want to have an IV so movement is possible. I would like to have delayed chord clamping if possible. Skin to skin and golden hour are important to me. My husband will be in the room and is very kind and attentive.
