I have twins, they both are breastfed. They are gaining good weight, but I feel like their latch is shallow and they’re sucking in air while eating, or not getting enough milk each feed. They’ve been more gassy lately and seem uncomfortable after feedings. When they suck, they make a click sound when sucking, which is why I think they’re sucking in air. Just want options and help on how to deepen their latch!

Nipple damage to left nipple. Milk in breast but not being able to express it no matter what is tried. Supply dropping due to this ongoing issue. 28 year old, 2 months pp. Second time mom and pumping journey. I didn’t have these issues before. I need someone to help me. I went to a lactation consultant at my hospital which I gave birth and the care received was of no help. I want to be able to provide food for my 2 month old up to 1 year, as I was able to with my last baby. My nipple seems to be elastic and according to the lactation consultant I need a 22-22mm flange. But my nipple is so swollen and hurts so badly whether I use baby or pumps.
