About me

My name is Dede Ajavon, I am 24 years old and I am currently a Montessori assistant infant teacher. I am a compassionate and experienced childcare provider with over 5 years of hands-on experience caring for infants in daycare and private home settings. I recently completed a Newborn Care Specialist Training Workshop(NCTA), strengthening knowledge in newborn development, feeding, sleep conditioning, and family support. I am dedicated to creating a nurturing, safe, and structured environment that promotes healthy growth and development. I am passionate about helping families transition confidently into parenthood while providing the highest level of newborn care.

Service introduction

As an infant night nanny, I provide calm, consistent overnight care to support both newborns and tired parents. My role includes managing nighttime feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and maintaining healthy sleep routines so babies feel secure and well rested. I monitor the baby throughout the night, track feeding and sleep patterns, and gently guide age-appropriate sleep habits. My goal is to ensure parents can sleep confidently knowing their baby is safe, cared for, and thriving while helping families transition smoothly into a restful, sustainable routine.
