I'm need a lactation consultant it doesn't matter how much experience I just need help. I am needing to increase my milk supply I pump every 2 hours and I power pump twice a day but it just doesn't seem to be helping. My daughter is almost 5 months old but is very sensitive when it comes to dairy formula and is now having constipation issues with soy formula. I'm wanting to produce more so we can cut out formula completely. I speak only English. Needs to be something covered by medical due to not having a income

As for my birth plan, I am planning for a vaginal delivery (if possible!), epidural and breathing techniques for pain management. For Delivery room atmosphere music is a must and dim lights. For delivery methods lying on back or squatting, whatever is beneficial. Skin to skin contact for sure and planning on breast feeding.
