Hello beautiful soul. I am a birth doula, yoga teacher, reiki healer, and intuitive card reader. My doula support takes on a spiritual approach that allows you to connect to your innate power. My birth doula packages include a mixture of yoga, meditation, intuitive card readings, reiki healing, labor, and postpartum support. Our meeting can range from basic to more complex depending on how in-depth you’d like to go. Our time together will allow you to start your own healing journey and tap into your purpose. Prenatal Yoga Session

1 hour yoga session to prepare the body for labor. We will focus on meditation, supportive poses, breathwork, and visualization techniques to connect you to your inner-knowing. Trust your soul to guide you towards your most optimal birth.

$75.00

USD Per hour

Postnatal Yoga Session

Must be 6+ weeks postpartum and have doctor approval. Connect back to your body and nurture the mind with an 1 hour yoga class. We will move through core-building poses to build stability back in the body and strengthen all aspects of your being.
