- Hospital birth. I’m planning to deliver at a hospital in the Lehigh Valley/Bethlehem, PA area. - Ideally around $1,200–$2,500 depending on services included, though I’m open to discussing options and packages. - I’m hoping for a calm, supportive, evidence-based birth experience with strong advocacy and emotional support. I would like to stay flexible while aiming for as low-intervention of a birth as safely possible. Pain management options are still being considered, and I value education, informed decision-making, movement/position support during labor, partner involvement, and postpartum recovery guidance. This is my first baby (a girl, due September 2026), and I would especially appreciate support navigating labor, hospital communication, breastfeeding initiation, and the immediate postpartum period. - Certified doula preferred Experience supporting first-time mothers and hospital births Familiarity with gestational diabetes/pregnancy monitoring preferred Calm, reassuring, collaborative communication style Comfortable working alongside medical providers and advocating respectfully 3+ years of experience preferred, but personality fit is also very important Bonus if familiar with South Asian/Indian family dynamics or cultural considerations

I will be giving birth at Cooper Camden. I plan to labor at home and then hope to establish a calm and comfortable environment when I transition to the hospital. I love to be in water and plan to use a shower. I do plan on receiving an epidural but would like to be prepared in case that cannot happen. I am interested in a doula with several years experience. I am an older mom at 35, in a higher risk pregnancy. I am looking for a doula to assist with labor preparation, to attend my labor and delivery at the hospital, and to provide postpartum and lactation support as I hope to breast feed.

Giving birth unmediated in the hospital $1,000 budget
I do not want to give birth at the hospital, but at a birthing center for the most natural birth/ freedom to decide what I want for me and my baby. Planning on a natural birth with no medicines, and if possible, a doula or midwife with Christian beliefs and values. I'm unsure of costs as it will be through my work insurance. I'm still working on my birth plan, but I'd like to labor at home for as long as possible, would like a birthing pool/tub, delayed cord clamping, deliver placenta naturally
Hospital this is all new to me not sure I’m looking for guidance
Hello, My name is Daja Gilliam, and I'm currently in my third trimester. I'm reaching out because I'm looking for a doula who can provide the support and advocacy I've been missing throughout my pregnancy. Unfortunately, I haven't received the prenatal care I needed for much of my pregnancy due to switching OB-GYNs and dealing with other challenges. As a result, I've often felt dismissed during appointments, and it's been difficult to feel heard or supported by my medical providers. I'm hoping to find a doula who can be a supportive presence during the remainder of my pregnancy, help me prepare for birth, and provide reassurance and advocacy during labor and delivery. Having someone in my corner who will listen, help me ask questions, and support my birth preferences would mean a great deal to me. If you're accepting clients, I'd love to learn more about your services, availability, and how you work with families in situations like mine. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I look forward to hearing from you. Warmly, Daja Gilliam 201-535-1173

I am looking for extra in any support that I can at the moment I’m currently going through a divorce and my husband is not going to be a part of any of the process or the babies life. I plan to give birth at a hospital. I’m not sure what my budget is right now as I am new to all of this so I don’t know where it ranges and also I don’t have a birth plan because I’m not sure what that’s supposed to look like this is all very new to me and I’m under a lot of anxiety and I don’t even know where to start.
Home birth and first pregnancy so I don’t have a budget per se but would prefer if my insurance was accepted through midwife
I'm higher risk (advanced maternal age) and so definitely plan on a hospital birth. I'm looking for a doula, a night nanny and postpartum support. We are new to the area and don't have family or any support locally so we'll be relying heavily on our team for support. We're not sure on a budget, but are open to learning more. I'm only 11 weeks so I do not have a defined birth plan. Thanks!
