Need help with cleaning, cooking and taking care of me so I can heal
Ideally I’d like to have my baby at a birth center but a hospital is fine. My husband is the type to freeze and not help where I need it most, so I need a doula to do a lot of the physical help and support. This is my second pregnancy. My first time was a very traumatic experience, and I’m just trying to do things differently so the outcome is pleasant and healing. I’m not rich, I’d like to see what the cheapest is. I want to have an unmediated birth ideally, Worship Music, tub, movement, aromatherapy, delayed cord clamping- having baby and placenta delivered and wait until all blood flow has transferred before clamping. No bath for baby.
Help with nights with baby boy so mom can get more rest

Hello, I am a FTM who plans to give birth at Sacred Heart in Spokane, WA. I had searched for a doula about a month ago but was told I needed a c section and we were short on funds so I stopped the search. I have now been cleared for a vaginal delivery and I would love a support person there to assist with my birth plan, while my husband is able to be present.
Everything related to pregnancy. It’s been a struggle trying to figure things out.
I plan to give birth in a hospital using an epidural and only necessary interventions. I am looking for someone who can provide support to me and my newborn during birth and postpartum. I am hoping to pay less than $100 an hour.
My name is Lyndsey Klein, and I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, graduating this May. I am enrolled in an Advanced Multicultural Counseling course, and for a course project I am focusing on Black maternal health and disparities in maternity care. I am reaching out to see if any doula or anyone who works within your organization might be willing to participate in a brief interview (approximately 30–45 minutes) to share insights from their professional experience supporting Black mothers. My goal is to better understand systemic barriers, protective factors, and ways mental health professionals can more effectively advocate for and support Black women during pregnancy and postpartum. The interview would be conducted at your convenience (via Zoom or phone), and I would be happy to provide any additional information about the assignment if helpful. I deeply value the work doulas do in improving maternal outcomes and supporting families, and I would be grateful for the opportunity to learn from your team. Thank you so much for your time and consideration. Warmly, Lyndsey Klein
Hello! My husband and I are looking for a Tricare covered doula to help support our home birth in February!
I plan on giving birth in a hospital. I want to have a natural birth with delayed cord clamping. Needs to work with Tricare west- they mention that authorized doulas must meet specific certification, training, and experience requirements, including certification from approved organizations like DONA, CAPPA, or ICEA, and signing a participation agreement. Overall would like to get some preparation before/after birth + assistance during birth.
