Fertility Nutrition - optimizing egg and sperm health via nutrition
Online event
Do you know what foods, nutrients and supplements are important for egg and sperm health to optimize fertility? Nutrition is often overlooked when a couple tries to conceive. Often nutrition advice from family physicians starts and stops at "take a prenatal multivitamin and stop drinking alcohol". However, there is SOOOO much more! In addition, most of us are deficient or have suboptimal intakes of a lot of these nutrients. Furthermore, some of these nutrients such as Choline is omitted from prenatal multivitamins altogether! In this webinar we will talk about nutrients which are important from egg and sperm health and what foods contain them. We will also look at the role of supplements for both the egg and sperm. Did you know that dietary changes take three months to make an impact on your egg and sperm health? Therefore, ideally ensuring your nutrient stores are optimal BEFORE you start to conceive. If you are interested in learning more about how to optimize your fertility don't miss this webinar. Space is limited.
