About me

Hello everyone! My name is Elena Usdenski and I am a Certified Fertility & Prenatal Dietitian located in Ontario, Canada. I find it such an honor to help couples makes their dreams of expanding their family come true! I honestly have the BEST job EVER! I help couples achieve OPTIMAL nutrition for their egg and sperm health through diet, blood work, genetic makeup and supplementation. My practice is evidenced based and I provide practical recommendations keeping in mind your food preferences, allergies, sensitivities, intolerances and cultural practices. In my free time I love hiking, paddle boarding, traveling, trying unusual foods and making a mess in the kitchen with my 8 year old daughter!

Do you know what foods, nutrients and supplements are important for egg and sperm health to optimize fertility? Nutrition is often overlooked when a couple tries to conceive. Often nutrition advice from family physicians starts and stops at "take a prenatal multivitamin and stop drinking alcohol". However, there is SOOOO much more! In addition, most of us are deficient or have suboptimal intakes of a lot of these nutrients. Furthermore, some of these nutrients such as Choline is omitted from prenatal multivitamins altogether!
