About me

Hi! Thanks for visiting my profile! I am in the process of obtaining my Birth Doula and Childbirth Educator Certifications through Birth Arts International. I am also taking my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher course, and I love when I can mix birth work and yoga! As a birth worker, I believe that the right to proper education, support, and care is essential. I understand that every birthing person is different, every pregnancy is different, and every baby is different. I work hard to be inclusive of all birthing people and am fiercely supportive of all family dynamics. I'm ready to meet you where you're at to create an individualized birth and postpartum plan and to support you physically, emotionally, and spiritually through every step. I live in Tolland County with my husband, two children, and our slew of pets. I love spending time in nature. I also love practicing yoga, though I don't often grant myself the time to. I graduated from Springfield College in 2016 with degrees in elementary education, special education, and United States history and the political process.

I provide birth and postpartum services for any and all birthing people. Together, we will create an inclusive plan of your birth preferences and postpartum preparation to ensure a smooth transition through your pregnancy, childbirth, and into postpartum.

Settling In Postpartum Services

Having reliable and experienced support is every bit as important during the postpartum period as it is during childbirth. While you spend your time caring for your newborn, a postpartum doula cares for you! My settling in postpartum services include: -1 prenatal visit for doula and family to connect and discuss postpartum care preferences (if booked before birth) -any services listed above -email and text support with response within 24 hours -unlimited hours, to be agreed upon signing -minimum of 4 hours per visit

Virtual Postpartum Services

Virtual postpartum care focuses mostly on education! This is the perfect package for those who don’t need or want someone else in their home, but would like assistance preparing for a new baby or troubleshooting some common newborn roadblocks. My virtual postpartum services include: -1 virtual prenatal visit to discuss topics of interest, specific concerns, and care preferences -1-1.5 hour virtual visits to discuss any/all topics listed above, number of visits to be agreed upon signing -e-mailed resources to support any/all topics listed above upon request -e-mail and text support with response within 24 hours

Birth + Postpartum Doula Package

This package includes all of the same services as my settling in package, but at a discounted rate! It is exclusively for my birth clients who also book postpartum services before the birth of their baby! My birth + postpartum doula package includes: -1 prenatal visit (in addition to birth doula visits) to focus solely on postpartum care -any choice or combination of services from my birth and postpartum packages -e-mail and text support with response within 24 hours -unlimited hours, to be agreed upon signing -minimum of 4 hours per visit *This package and discount is only available in addition to a birth doula agreement.*
