About me

Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I reside in Duplin County. I am a doula-in-training who has trained with both CAPPA and DONA. I became interested in birth work while working with an organization that aimed to reduce maternal and infant mortality within Durham, NC. I hope to provide you and your support person(s) with an uplifting and nurturing environment throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey!

Service introduction

I help in preparing you for labor by offering childbirth and lactation education, birth planning guidance, and coping strategies. We will go over comfort measures like massage, positioning suggestions, and reassurance. I am currently offering free doula services to those who reside in Duplin County while I work on my doula certification.
