I am an experienced, trained, and certified birth doula and an advocate for changing the birth narrative in our world. Overcoming the heartbreaking loss of my mom through childbirth, I faced my own fears through my three births. During those experiences, I uncovered profound strength, resilience, and courage beyond my wildest imagination. Birth invites us on a journey of self-empowerment. Includes 2 prenatal sessions, continuous labor support, 1 postpartum reflection session. Birth Reflection Session - 2-hour in-person or virtual Process and reflect on your birth story with a birth doula who 'really' get's it.
