Hello! I’m Erykah, a Certified Birth Doula, and Trained Postpartum Doula with a background in physical therapy, prenatal and postnatal fitness, and community health research, with a special focus on serving minority and Indigenous families. My approach is holistic and deeply personal: I believe every parent deserves to feel seen, heard, and empowered to make choices that reflect their unique values and traditions. I blend evidence-based care with compassion, open communication, and cultural awareness, creating a nurturing space where families can feel confident and supported as they welcome their new little one. For me, this work is more than a service, it’s a calling rooted in respect and the belief that every family’s story is sacred.

Hello! I’m Erykah, a birth and postpartum doula blending physical therapy, prenatal fitness, and holistic, culturally aware support. I help families feel empowered, heard, and confident throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
Erykah has been such a a blessing to me and our family. Having her has help speed up recovery and my physical and mental health. She takes the time to dig deeper on challenges and really takes initiative when she sees something that needs to be addressed. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
