Service introduction

My name is Eunice Mongeois, LCSW, and I am licensed in Florida and Pennsylvania. As a Christian therapist, I am passionate about walking alongside women as they grow, heal, and step into the best version of who God created them to be. Whether you are navigating everyday challenges, healing from past experiences, or preparing for a new season of life, you deserve a safe, compassionate space to be seen, heard, and supported. For clients who are pregnant or preparing for birth, therapy can play a powerful role in your emotional and spiritual well‑being. Pregnancy is a beautiful and transformative journey, but it can also bring unexpected emotions, fears, and changes. My role is to help you process what you’re feeling, strengthen your support system, and approach your birthing experience with confidence and peace. I provide a warm, non‑judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, express your concerns, and receive guidance tailored to your unique needs. Together, we can work through anxiety, stress, trauma triggers, relationship changes, or the emotional shifts that often arise during pregnancy. If you desire, we can also integrate faith‑based practices such as prayer, scripture reflection, and spiritual grounding to support your healing. My approach is trauma‑informed, culturally responsive, and centered on empowering you. I help clients build coping skills, develop emotional regulation tools, and prepare for both birth and postpartum transitions. With your consent, I can also collaborate with your birthing team to ensure your emotional needs are honored throughout your journey. Whether you are seeking support for pregnancy, postpartum, trauma, self‑doubt, or personal growth, you don’t have to walk through it alone. I am here to help you feel grounded, supported, and equipped for the season ahead.

Eunice does a great job of listening and providing practical solutions to problems. She provides alternative ways of viewing a situation, to allow you to see things from different perspectives. This is super helpful, especially when navigating Interpersonal relationships. A huge takeaway I've received from working with her is the power of conversation. Discussing conflicts with family members or friends is never easy or comfortable, but it's necessary in order to heal and progress positively in relationships.
