During the visit, we assess latch and positioning, milk transfer, and your baby’s growth, address concerns like pain or milk supply, and create a practical plan tailored to your goals to help feeding feel more comfortable and confident.

Hi, I’m Illian Casiano, RN, IBCLC. I’m a registered nurse since 2002 with experience in labor & delivery, childbirth education, and lactation consulting. I provide compassionate support to parents through prenatal, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and the transition to postpartum and newborn care. As a mom of three children, I understand the joys and challenges of motherhood. I offer childbirth preparation and lactation consults—many covered by insurance—available in English and Spanish, privately or in groups. Let’s navigate this journey together.
