In this class, we will discuss how breastmilk is made to give you a better understanding about how to support your body to make milk for your baby. We will also cover what to expect, breastfeeding positions, common challenges and how to overcome them, bottle feeding, and pumping. Come with all your questions so that you can get them answered and start your feeding journey with confidence!
