About the provider
Hali holds a bachelor’s in health science and is a certified birth and postpartum doula, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and yoga instructor. She has a particular interest in women’s functional medicine and nutrition and received a certificate from Integrative Institute for Nutrition and Integrative Women’s Health Institute. Hali enjoys helping parents build self confidence during the postpartum period with her deep knowledge and compassionate, sincere disposition. She focuses on a whole person approach understanding that wellness involves many facets. She has worked in the mental health space as a CBT trained health coach and recently completed her training with Postpartum Support International. There is something magical about the postpartum phase. However, as a new parent you find yourself caring for a brand new, always famished, sometimes inconsolable little being. New parents are often stretched super thin, both physically and emotionally. She loves being able to bridge the gap in support while building a new parent’s self confidence. She has been working in the field for over 13 years. Hali grew up in St.Augustine, FL but currently splits her time between Miami, FL and Mexico City, Mexico. As a former ballet dancer she enjoys taking barre classes, traveling and creating delicious meals.View provider profile
