Becoming a doula has allowed me to apply my emergency management skills in a context focused on positivity and growth. My training enables me to offer practical, actionable advice during contractions, manage pain through various techniques, and provide unwavering emotional support. This dual expertise—clinical competence paired with empathetic presence—creates a safe space for families.
