About the class
The Zen Doula Birth Education Class is a 3-part series designed to help you feel informed and confident going into birth. Open to first-time and experienced parents, this class covers how birth works, your rights and options, and hands-on comfort techniques for labor. You’ll learn practical tools for pain management, how to make informed decisions, and how to create a birth plan that reflects your values. Participants who complete all three classes receive a personalized birth plan and a $50 gift card.

I’m deeply passionate about helping women feel supported, seen, and empowered as they move through the sacred journey from pregnancy into motherhood. Whether it’s birth, postpartum, abortion, or loss. I offer care that’s rooted in love, ancestral wisdom, and gentle guidance. My work blends practical support with herbal healing and a whole lot of heart, because I believe every woman deserves to feel held, heard, and honored every step of the way.
