About the class
Join Night Nite Babies for an informative baby-care session designed for expecting and new parents. We’ll cover practical newborn care skills and help parents feel more confident caring for their baby during the first weeks and months at home. Topics will include feeding and burping basics, diapering, soothing techniques, newborn sleep, safe sleep practices, recognizing baby cues, establishing healthy routines, and preparing for the transition home with your newborn. The session will be led by Stephanie Mordica, Infant Care Specialist, Infant Sleep Specialist, Postpartum Doula, Infant CPR certified professional, and certified lactation educator/trainer, with decades of experience supporting babies and families. Parents will also have an opportunity to ask questions about newborn care, postpartum support, overnight newborn care, and infant sleep. Expecting parents, new parents, grandparents, and caregivers are welcome.
