About the class

VBAC: Reclaiming Your Birth Experience Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC) Class for Expecting Parents Your previous birth does not define your future birth. This VBAC class is a supportive, evidence-based, and empowering space created for parents who are considering or planning a Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC). Whether you’re feeling hopeful, uncertain, excited, or cautious—you belong here. Together, we’ll explore what VBAC really is (and what it isn’t), break down common myths and fears, and walk through the medical, emotional, and practical aspects of preparing for a vaginal birth after a cesarean. Our goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported as you make the best decision for your body, your baby, and your family. What You’ll Gain: • A clear understanding of VBAC eligibility, risks, and benefits • Evidence-based information to help you advocate for your preferences • Tools to prepare your mind and body for labor and birth • Guidance on building a supportive birth team • Space to process your previous birth experience • Confidence in making informed, empowered birth choices This class is not about pressure or “one right way” to give birth—it’s about choice, knowledge, healing, and empowerment. Whether you ultimately pursue a VBAC or choose a repeat cesarean, you will leave with clarity, confidence, and a deeper trust in yourself. Because every parent deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered in their birth journey.
