Learn about the daily ins and outs of feeding your baby with this group virtual babyfeeding class. During our time we’ll cover breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle-feeding in a non-judgemental space. I want you to have information on all the babyfeeding options to be able to make choices that are best for you and your baby. This class is complimentary to those expecting a baby or in the early postpartum time. In this class we’ll cover: Breast anatomy, milk composition, early days of breastfeeding, tips for latching, breastfeeding position demonstration, what a breastfeeding session looks like, signs of milk transfer, pumping, bottle feeding, and breastfeeding aids. Plus a time of Q&A at the end of class. References sheets with notes from the class will be emailed to you within 24 hours after the class. $40 for a 2-hour class for you and 1 support person.
