I have been exclusively breast feeding my 14 week old. I am going back to work in 3 weeks and she is refusing every bottle. I would like to book an in person appointment to help with latching on the bottle

What someone to advocate for me during labor and postpartum. And provide lactation support as a first time mom. I’m giving birth in loma linda hospital here in murrieta and have a birth plan ready as well. Just want someone who can make sure hospital follows my birth plan as I do not want any vaccinations or medications for me and my baby if possible.

My baby is 3 weeks and 4 days. I have a hard time latching him correctly and when I do latch him correctly, I can’t settle comfortably without loosing the latch. I end up having to unlatch him and relatch him which frustrates us both. I try all the techniques people tell me and none of them seem to work. I also have a strong let down and I’m also having to make accommodations for that. I’m getting to the point where I feel it’ll be better for me to just pump and feed him a bottle, but I don’t want to do that. I’d like to breast feed him.

We are looking for a IBCLC certified lactation consultant to help with breasts feeding for our newborn son (Oct 22 2025). We primarily breasts feed but the latch begins to feel painful now, perticularly during the initial latch on. We would like to access the latch and other factors that might be causing the pain.
