I plan on giving birth at children's hospital. I plan on having a water labor. I want minimum medications but I am not opposed to them. I want to have delayed cord clamping until it is white. I do not want to be on my back while delivering. I would like to deliver my placenta naturally and would like to take mine home.

I am delivering with Fika Midwifery in Buffalo. This is my second child and second birthing center birth. I did have a doula my first child and I have now become a doula as well. I’m pretty confident in myself and my boyfriend to mostly do it on our own, but would like a doula that is also comfortable taking pictures/memories. Hello, I am looking for a doula to assist w my labor & delivery in mid October 2026. This will be my first baby and I’m kind of stressed and lost to the whole process of everything so I am looking for support throughout this experience. I need someone to advocate my wants during labor and delivery and help me come up with a birth plan. Hi, I'm looking for someone who can support me and my husband through our first pregnancy. We are located in Niagara Falls and plan on have a hospital birth. We do not have budget in mind at the moment as I have only began my journey into this process. I would prefer if the provider was close by, certified and had a few years of experience with hospital and home births. Ideally, we would like a provider who will be able to support both me and my husband through this process. I am a speech language pathologist, 31 and my husband is a restaurant owner and a doctor, 32. We are both familiar with health care but would still like someone who is an expect in this field so that we may solely focus on taking care of ourselves and the baby when he/she arrives. If possible, we would appreciate help with sleep training, possible laundry and night duties for the first couple of weeks. I hope to hear from you soon!
