I am seeking a doula to assist with postpartum. Someone who can come to the home, help feed & bathe baby, and occasionally overnight 2-3 nights out the week.
I plan to give birth at HealthPark Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida. I have Sunshine Health Medicaid and would like a doula who can work with my insurance coverage or provide options within that budget. I do not have a detailed birth plan yet, but I am considering laboring without an epidural and want support through that process. I would prefer someone who speaks Spanish, but I am also comfortable with an English-speaking doula.
I plan on giving birth at Cape Coral hospital. Husband nervous and wants more help. Goal is minimal medication if possible and a fast delivery.
I am Haitian, 28 years old, and pregnant with my second child. I would love to give birth at home; I long to experience something that is very dear to my heart. I don't really have a plan, but any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you !
I would love to give birth at home or a birthing center and not a hospital, my out of pocket budget would ideally be around 3,500 to 5,000 but am wondering if my insurance covers any costs with united Healthcare. My birth plan is to go as natural as possible but im not exactly positive and would love to talk to educated nurses midwives Doulas. Etc about this process as it is my first pregnancy
I would like to have a home birth, though I do live in an apartment. I would love it if I could find a provider that takes Medicaid, specifically Sunshine’s Health. This is my second baby/pregnancy. I planned a home birth with my first but ended up having a hospital birth.

Looking for information regarding a Doula or Midwife for early May delivery at NCH hospital in Naples, FL. Ideally we would be able to use HSA funds but that is negotiable. We don't have a full scale birth plan but right now we'd prefer unmedicated and unassisted (no forceps/vacuum) but obviously will do what's best and safest for baby.
1. Planning on giving birth in a hospital, due to insurance. I would have preferred to birth at a birthing centre. 2. 1000-1500 3. My birth plan includes an unmedicated vaginal birth, with delayed cord clamping.
I am looking for a midwife to help with prenatal care.
Information on home birth $3000 Delivered 4 children in hospital, and my career has me in hospital daily. I would like a more personal and private experience this time around
I need someone to help assist me in the hospital when I’m in labour and keep the doctors off me and keep them from doing what I don’t want them to do. And help my husband know what to do during that time to help make the labor easier.
Hospital birth No budget Natural unmedicated and minimum intervention
I would like to get a doula for an all natural delivery. Planning to give birth at the BirthPlace NCH, Naples. I would like to know the pricing I should expect.
NCH birth place $1000 or less I really just need someone there while I’m giving birth to be my voice. My husband and I HATE confrontation so we get pushed a lot despite me having a very specific birth plan. This will be my fifth birth so I know what I want and don’t want. I want 100% hands off, no intervention unless I have given complete informed consent.
i plan to give birth at home i want an uneducated birth
Hi! I’m looking for a doula who can support me during a low-intervention, unmedicated hospital birth. My goal is to labor and deliver without pain medication if possible, while still giving birth in a hospital setting for safety. I’m hoping to work with someone who can act as an advocate and steady support person during labor—someone who can help me stay focused on my birth plan, encourage natural coping techniques, and help communicate my preferences with hospital staff if needed. Some things that are important to me: • Support for unmedicated labor techniques (movement, breathing, positioning, water therapy, etc.) • Help maintaining a calm environment and keeping me grounded during intense moments • Guidance for my partner/support person so they can help effectively • Advocacy for low intervention practices unless medically necessary • Experience supporting hospital births with minimal interventions I’m looking for someone who is comfortable working collaboratively with medical staff while also helping me stay informed and confident in my choices throughout labor.
