About me

I am a full spectrum doula, offering support during pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period, in Nottingham and surrounding areas. I'm also a Reiki Master, Aromatherapist, and Aerial Yoga Teacher. As a doula, I provide emotional, physical and informational support during the perinatal period, and will hold space for you during your transformational journey. My offerings include: 1-1 antenatal classes with you and your birth partner, covering birth physiology, creating a birth plan, advocating during birth and the role of birth partners. I will be on call for you until you give birth and also offer postnatal support to help you once your baby arrives. I also provide holistic support to birthers and their families during a difficult time of loss, including miscarriage, stillbirth, or ectopic pregnancy. MY BIRTH PHILOSOPHY Childbirth is a spiritual, magical and transformative journey that can be fully savoured when the birthing individual and partner are educated, empowered, and supported. It is a natural process encapsulated by love, growth, and creation. It's important to safeguard the birthing individual and ensure they have a safe and unforgettable experience.

My service is open and inclusive for all birth people and I am here to hold space for you and ensure you are at the centre of your concerns and your individual needs. During pregnancy, I help reduce uncertainty, empower your decision-making and align with your personal birth philosophy. This is an intimate and magical journey and I will help you feel safe and ensure those supporting you on your journey feel informed and confident to protect you.
