About me

Hi! I’m Haley Cook, a birth and postpartum doula working toward certifications through MaternityWise, including Labor Doula, EpiDoula, Postpartum Doula, and Lactation Support & Educator. I believe in meeting families where they are—whether you want an unmedicated birth, an epidural, or a C-section, I’m here to support you without judgment. As I work toward my certifications, I offer reduced rates in exchange for hands-on experience. I provide continuous support during labor, help you navigate postpartum recovery, and offer practical guidance for newborn care and feeding. My goal is to help you feel empowered, confident, and cared for every step of the way.

Services Birth Support: Continuous, hands-on support during labor, including epidural and C-section births Comfort techniques, emotional encouragement, and advocacy in your birth space Birth Planning: Assistance with creating a personalized birth plan that reflects your preferences and values Breastfeeding & Newborn Care Support: Light household help, including meal prep and tidying Assistance with newborn care, feeding, and sleep Overnight care for your baby so you can get the rest you need Postpartum check-ins to address any questions or concerns Prenatal Support: Attending prenatal appointments (as desired) to help you feel informed and prepared Lactation Support: Education and assistance with breastfeeding *I am offering services at a discounted rate while I complete my certifications and trainings.*
