Hi, I'm Dr. Ryan Bailey, a women's pelvic health physical therapist. For the past 12 years I have been helping women heal pelvic health concerns through all stages of life, with a special focus on women during the childbearing years. I have been working hard to fill the hole in women's health by bringing my training & personal experiences of growth & healing my hormones to conceive, a natural home birth, and healing from pelvic pain & a diastasis recti in postpartum to inspire women on their own journey. We all bring different backgrounds to our health, but there are similarities and common threads through our menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum that we can use to guide your healing. I believe you are the expert of your body, and I am here to help you tease out and address the issues that are causing your pelvic health problems so you can feel confident in your body!

Hello! I'm Erin, The British Doula. I am a DONA International™ certified birth doula living in Roslindale, MA and practicing in the Greater Boston Area. To any pregnant woman reading this, I’d like to start off saying a huge congratulations! And thank you for considering me to join your support team. I'm originally from London, England, and I first became interested in birth work when I moved to the U.S. 8 years ago — I was so surprised at how different the cultural interpretations of birth are here compared to the U.K. About 4 years ago, I started reading and learning more about the different experiences of birth around the world, and I have never looked back!

Recent review

Erin is phenomenal--we would 100% recommend her! She is very knowledgeable, calm and highly supportive. She did an excellent job answering our questions and providing resources. We greatly appreciated her presence, support and advocacy at the hospital. My wife and I were very fortunate to have her as our doula.

Working with children and their families has been my life’s work, whether being a center-based teacher or in-home care. My biggest and greatest accomplishment has been becoming a mother to my two boys. Being a postpartum doula and lactation educator is another way to share in these magical times and help families adjust to life with a newborn. Having experienced vastly different prenatal, birth, and postpartum experiences with both of my sons, this lit the passion in me to help others during this time when things can be unexpected. Training through CAPPA (Childbirth & Postpartum Professional Association) solidified all the reasons why I want to continue to help support families and be a part of their amazing journey as their family grows. My hands-on experience, becoming a mother and working as a teacher, has shown me just how different each baby and family are. I look forward to sharing your unique beginning with you, creating success in your parenting journey.

Hello everyone! I am a full spectrum doula and I currently have availability to take on birth clients. I am very passionate about working with birthing people and babies. I received my full spectrum doula certification from Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings in 2023 and I have been supporting families in this period of life for years. My experience is in doula care, infant day-care settings, nannying, non-profit work, and milk banking. My long term goal is to have an impact on marginalized communities. Doula care, especially support during the postpartum period, is seen as a luxury to many people, because it has become more inaccessible. I aim to serve all families and parents, especially those that are not always able to get the care that they need. I am also a certified breastfeeding specialist. Please check out my website here: https://www.fallingwaterdoulaservices.com. You can also email me at fallingwaterdoula@gmail.com. Thank you so much!

I first trained as a doula in 2009, after the birth of my (much) younger brother. I was inspired by my mother’s experience and wanted to help birthing people own their births and find their confidence as a new parent through the birthing process. I went on to study Maternal and Child Health graduating from Boston University with a Master in Public Health. I have worked in public health policy with the career aim to transform the birthing system in this country. Through both my policy work and my work as a doula - I hope to rectify that birth is not just for women and it is not for women to do alone. There is a need and obligation to provide support for birthing people so that they are not only surviving, but thriving! The word “Alma” means soul or heart across many different languages. Serving pregnant and postpartum families is messy, raw, and vulnerable- I approach this work with humility and respect. At the core of my work is trust and connection with each individual and family unit. I do this work with my whole heart and soul. Birth work is truly soul work for me!

I am a skilled and sought after clinical social worker. I have my masters degree in social work and have been working with children, adolescents and families for over 15 years. One of my favorite parts of this work is forming supportive, helpful relationships with clients as we navigate life challenges and transitions together. I have an eclectic approach to treatment, meaning that I believe there is no one way to heal and grow. I enjoy sharing ideas and resources with clients. This can include traditional talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), working with family members, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, Reiki healing, collaborating with other professionals to support clients in their care - and so much more! Currently, I am working with parents in the perinatal phase of parenthood, as well as adults navigating transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting and couples work. I identify as a cis, white, heterosexual female and use she/her pronouns.

Hi Mama! Are you having feeding troubles with your little one? Or maybe pumping isn’t going well. I can help you! I provide lactation support to families experiencing nipple pain, low supply, pumping issues, weight issues and I can virtually assess for tongue tie. I specialize and exclusively pumping and pumping related support. Let’s connect and get your feeding goals a reality!

Kim is absolutely amazing! I have struggled with low supply, yeast and mastitis between both of my boys and Kim has been a tremendous help through each and every challenge I’ve encountered along the way. She not only has a wealth of knowledge but has incredible first hand experience as well. I was at such a loss when I tried contacting lactation consultants in my area only to find no one would get back to me. Kim responded to me within the hour I contacted her and was able to identify the problem and help me manage my pain until I was seen by a dr for a prescription. She is so kind and genuinely loves what she does and wants to help women in their breastfeeding, pumping or bottle feeding journeys. I am so excited to continue working with her in the future. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to help me “Embrace Lactation.”
