Hi! I'm Caitlin, a holistic pelvic floor physical therapist who specializes in helping women achieve a more comfortable pregnancy, an empowered birth, and a confident postpartum. I see women via concierge in-home care in central MA, plus virtually everywhere for pelvic floor PT, wellness coaching, and birth planning.

I provide in-home concierge services in central MA, as well as virtually, everywhere! I see women for whole body and pelvic floor PT, wellness coaching, and birth planning and education.

In-home PT (initial evaluation) - 90 min

A comprehensive, concierge PT session including a full-body assessment, diagnosis, manual therapy, a targeted exercise session, and home program. (Ask about virtual pricing and distance fees) Follow up sessions are 60 minutes for $150

Virtual wellness coaching - 60 min

A discussion of your goals and any symptoms, a targeted exercise session, and home program. Great for pregnancy or postpartum. (Not a medical service)

A single session to discuss your options for birth. You will leave with a personalized printable plan to bring to the hospital and a clear idea of what to focus on for the remainder of your birth prep. (virtual only, includes follow up email access)

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept insurance?

I have chosen not to be in-network with insurance companies. My goal is to have all of my focus on you for the entire session, rather than many insurance-based clinics who defer to using an aide or double-booking their clients... this way you can learn to independently manage your symptoms sooner and need fewer sessions overall. I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement.

Do I need to do a vaginal exam?

NO! Consent is always yours to give or revoke at any time. For in-person therapy, I may recommend one based on your symptoms and will discuss it with your in detail. If you decline, we are still able to work together and make progress toward your goals. For virtual sessions, I may recommend and guide you to a self-assessment with the camera off or between sessions, based on your comfort level.

Can I have my baby in the session?

Of course. I know how challenging it is to manage a new baby and try to make it to appointments. Please know that it may be easier to relax and focus on yourself if you are able to arrange child care. If that isn't possible, it's no problem- I have women squatting with their babies or breastfeeding during manual therapy all the time!

How many sessions will I require?

Unfortunately, it depends. After your initial assessment, we will discuss a plan of care based on your starting point, goals, and ability to consistently do independent work between sessions. I typically recommend a few weeks of weekly sessions to build up your knowledge and exercise program, before adjusting the cadence. Most of my clients see me for around 12 weeks total. This can always be adjusted to fit your schedule and budget.
