I am an orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapist with a passion for treating postpartum prolapse. I also have clinical experience working in professional sports so helping people return to their movement and exercise goals is one of my favorite things! I am a mom of one and experienced my own birth trauma so I deeply empathize with others healing from their own experiences.
