About me

I am a pelvic floor physical therapist. I believe individualizing care is the key to successful recovery. Spending quality time with my patients, as well as being able to connect with them on a personal level is important to create the best patient experience. I strive to educate my patients on their bodies as a whole to help improve their health and body awareness. I have a passion for treating digestive issues and pelvic pain.

We’ve helped countless pregnant women ditch pain and leaking during pregnancy and confidently birth without perineal tearing. We’ve helped moms have confidence in their bodies and core again. We’ve helped moms play with their kids without having to worry about wearing pads or popping ibuprofen. We see patients in their homes in the greater Pittsburgh area (including the North Hills areas of Wexford, Gibsonia, Franklin Park & Sewickley) and Westmoreland County, and have clinics in Greensburg and Wexford, PA.
