I am an Oklahoma native who relocated to New Hampshire in 2022 after time in Arizona. With 20 years of experience as a physical therapist, I have worked with everyone from professional athletes to postpartum mothers. I hold a PhD in Human and Sports Performance, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, multiple board certifications, and has served as a professor in a Doctor of Physical Therapy program, with research presented at both national and international levels. A lifelong athlete, I am a highly accomplished Masters CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and Powerlifting competitor. Above all, I value my role as a wife and mother, and my personal experiences—both in athletics and recovery—have shaped her deep understanding of healthcare from both sides. I am dedicated to helping my clients build strength, resilience, and confidence as they take control of their health and goals.
