I waited a few months after my final therapy appointment to write this as I now can say officially and definitively that the work I did with Meghan is lasting and life-changing. I had injured my back or had just not been moving correctly for a long time and developed a lower back and si joint pain that would be so intense that even as a 37y/o I couldn't walk. I'd hobble or limp and it was getting worse over the last 6 years. I came to Meghan to discover why this was happening and at my very first appointment I not only found relief but learned just how important it is to move our bodies correctly. I had been bending wrong likely my whole adult life or possibly been injured as a young athlete. Causing muscles to be over worked and so tight that they were effecting other joints, muscles and ligaments causing severe inflammation and pain. Over the 12 weeks working with and learning from Meghan I learned how to move properly and strengthen my progress with the right exercises. Over time I learned how to correct my pain with these tools and keep it away now for the past 3 months. I can walk properly, walk and run w my dogs, garden, shovel snow and lift weights again and exercise regularly and intensely - things I could not do and had to stop for the past year prior. I fell in love with the dry needling they offer. It releases tension and tightness like NOTHING I've ever experienced. I will always come back for that! I truly believe every human being needs to learn about thier body, how to move and take care of it best. What Meghan and Leah do is a gift to all who walk through thier doors. They are deeply caring, kind, funny and extremely warm, welcoming to all and above all - incredibly knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend Revolution Wellness more highly to absolutely any and everyone. Thank you for the gift of moving and living well and letting me feel peace within my body! You all rock!

I was in chronic hip pain where I couldn’t sleep at night for weeks. It was enough for me to reach out to Revolution Wellness. I was a little hesitant because of going through IVF. I knew I would be in the middle of the cycle and once transfer happened, most people don’t want to touch you. In my initial call with Meghan, she reassured me that I was the perfect candidate to come in. She eased my mind and because I was in so much pain, I booked my initial assessment appointment with Leah. Within the first appointment, I felt instant relief. I ended up signing up with their 12 session package at the end of the session. What I instantly loved about coming here is their approach to whole body health along with focusing on strengthening the muscles to fix the issue at the root cause. To help with that, I took advantage of the classes while going through my sessions. Half way through my sessions my hip was in good shape where we decided to switch approaches to pelvic floor to help prep me for transfer. I am so glad that we took this approach. I am a believer that this helped my transfer become a success! I have continued with being a member and love every second to gaining strength while going through my pregnancy. It has truly helped me stay moving. I look forward to continue my prenatal and postpartum treatments. If you are on the fence of pulling the trigger, I promise you won’t regret working with Meghan and Leah.

I can’t recommend Meghan enough! After years of chronic pain and pelvic floor issues, I finally found a physical therapist who truly understands and empowers her clients. Her personal experiences shine through in every session, making her approach compassionate, relatable, and incredibly effective. Traditional PT never worked for me, but with her guidance, I’ve gained control over my body and confidence in my healing. She has genuinely has changed my life. <3

I highly recommend Revolution Wellness! I have been struggling with SI joint pain ever since I had my son, via emergency C-section. Meeting with Leah multiple times for dry needling, traction, and PT sessions, helped my body mechanics tremendously. I no longer have the same pain running down my leg, my movements are no longer inhibited, and with Leah's training, I have become more aware of my posture, which has helped my lower back. My experience was warm, approachable, and educational. You are in good hands when you walk through their door.

The professionals at Rev Well are incredible! Leah helped me rehab my shoulder while still training for a powerlifting meet. Since then she has been my virtual trainer and I have had no issues with pain or limitations on my lifting. The care has been holistic, addresses my specific needs, and it’s been effective. Highly recommend!

I've been a member since they opened and it's been an amazing experience. I used to get injured all the time at my last gym, but I've never been injured here. I'm also making progress faster than ever before. Can't recommend Leah, Meghan, Nick, and Summer enough!

Review Where do I begin? I started physical therapy at Revolution Wellness toward the end of June after struggling with chronic back pain related to previous health issues. During my initial evaluation with Leah, we discovered that the pain likely stemmed from weak core muscles and overall lack of fluid movement throughout my body. Leah recommended 15 sessions based on how my evaluation went, and we got started right away, meeting twice a week. Now, as I near the end of those 15 sessions, I’m honestly amazed at the difference—I can do things around the house again without triggering days of debilitating back pain. It’s been truly life-changing. I’ll be honest: the cost might be a bit of a shock at first since they don’t take insurance. But that’s also what sets them apart. The care you receive is completely personalized, without insurance limitations dictating your treatment. Every session is a full hour of one-on-one time, and they always check in about how you're feeling and what’s bothering you. Your body is the only one you’ve got—take care of it! I’m so glad I made this investment in my health.

Leah and Meghan are both amazing. They are both super knowledgeable and they are able to explain things in ways that are accessible and relevant. Having worked with them both in the PT sphere and the fitness sphere I can say they are both challenging me and helping me better understand the root causes of some physical challenges. And they’re both saucy and fun which can bring smiles and laughter at appropriate times (often poking fun at themselves). I also appreciate the flexibility to change what we are focusing on so that as issues rise, we can monitor and adjust our PT Accordingly.

Leah and Meghan are a dynamic duo!! Together they helped me succeed in strengthening my pelvic floor. Along the way we discovered a few other areas of my body that needed help. I left there with a toolbox full of stretches and exercises I can now use on my own to keep pain away. I am so grateful to this team. I got so much more than I expected, and I can cough and sneeze without peeing!!

I have had my share of set backs working out over the years.. Lifting too much, bad form, not consistent in my training.. Since I started with work Meghan & Leah all of that has changed 180 degrees.. Their knowledge, support and good nature has propelled my training and lifestyle to a level I never thought was possible. I can not recommend their PT and training services enough. :)
