I am a physical therapist and mother to an energetic toddler. My passion is to help other women heal as well as help my patients find balance creating achievable health and fitness goals. I specifically love working with the parental and post partum populations, helping to guide women through this amazing but often overwhelming and challenging time of their life. I strive to give my patients the tools to empower and educate theirselves, and rock the transition from pregnancy to motherhood!

I firmly believe the key is proper education, support and knowing what to do early on in the process, ensuring a good foundation even prior to pregnancy, maintaining fitness and connection to your pelvic floor during during pregnancy, and appropriate early postpartum care. I also am a firm believer that it takes a tribe of people to have the full support and care you need during your recovery process and I strive to help collorabte appropriate referrals for adjunct services from other healthcare and wellness providers such as appropriate pain management, massage, labor prep and support including doula care, accupuntcure, mental health and counseling, nutrition consideratons and prenatal and postpartum yoga and fitness training. My programs and PT interventions will enable you to safely restore your core and learn an appropriate exercise program to transition back to your lifestyle and/orfitness goals postparturm, or learn an appropriate fitness routine to perform during pregnancy. Conditions treated : Pain with intercourse( vaginismus and dyspareunia), Bladder incontinence, Reoccurring constipation, Bladder frequency or urgency, Pelvic organ prolapse, Diastasis recti ( ab separation), Back pain or hip dysfunction such as labral tear, Abdomen pain from endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, abdominal surgery, Mechanical infertility, Tailbone pain or difficulty sitting, Sciatica, Shoulder, neck or wrist pain postparturm, Sports injury, Pain or incontinence with returning to exercise/ fitness goals.
