Hi! I am expecting my first baby in February of 2026. My husband and I are so so excited! I will be birthing at Kaiser on Oahu. I would prefer a natural birth without medical intervention. I would like a Doula that accepts Kaiser coverage, but not necessary.

I'm looking for a birth doula for support during my labor and in the hospital. I will give birth at Mills-Peninsula hospital in Burlingame. My insurance covers $800 and am just looking for availability and quotes. I'd like to try to do unmedicated birth for as long as possible but I really just need an advocate in the room that knows what's going on. My husband will be there but is pretty queasy and not very assertive.

We will try to go the longest possible without an epidural and want to avoid Pitocin and any other drugs, except Nitrous oxide gas, which we are ok with.
