Ideally it will be a natural birth and I'm looking to avoid a c-section or other interventions, but not aggressively opposed if the need presents itself.

Hello! I’m looking for a doula for support during my first pregnancy and labor and delivery experience. I’ll be giving birth in a hospital, although I’d like someone with knowledge of the local hospitals to provide guidance with that. I’m a spiritual, not religious, person. I’m still building out my birth plan but am expecting to have an epidural and hoping for the most peaceful experience as possible, considering I have an anxiety disorder.
