With the support I received during that time and in the years that followed, I successfully breastfed all three of my children—now ages 6, 8, and 11—and have discovered along the way my deep commitment to helping other families navigate similar experiences. I am certified by DONA International and have worked with many families using carrot benefits so I’m familiar with the process. Aside from being a birth and postpartum doula I am also a lactation and parent educator.
