Hi, I’m Jacquelyn! I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula, lactation support provider, placenta encapsulation specialist and mom. I’m passionate about supporting families with calm, compassionate, and unbiased care during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I offer birth education, birth and postpartum doula support, and placenta encapsulation services for families looking for informed, compassionate care. My approach is supportive, unbiased, and personalized to each family’s needs and birth preferences. I also offer virtual services. My goal is to help you feel prepared, confident, and supported before, during, and after birth.

Birth Doula Package
This package includes four appointments designed to fully prepare and support you through birth.
• Two prenatal visits: During the first visit, we create a personalized birth plan, review your pregnancy so far, and talk through your vision for labor and birth. The second visit focuses on finalizing your birth plan, labor positions, comfort measures, and early signs of labor so you feel confident and prepared.
• Birth support: I join you at your place of birth and remain with you throughout labor, staying 1–2 hours after delivery.
• Postpartum visit: An in-home visit after baby is born to debrief the birth, provide early breastfeeding support, and connect you with helpful postpartum resources.

Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta encapsulation is often chosen to support postpartum recovery by helping replenish nutrients after birth. Many parents report benefits such as increased energy, mood support, and assistance with postpartum healing. An alcohol-based placenta tincture is also included and is commonly used long term in small amounts for hormonal and emotional support.
This package also includes a handcrafted umbilical cord keepsake, preserved as a meaningful remembrance of your baby’s birth.
I am a certified placenta encapsulation specialist and trained medical courier, following strict food safety, handling, and sanitation standards with hospital-level care. I take great pride in careful handling, professionalism, and a fast turnaround time so you can begin postpartum support as soon as possible.

The book walks you through pregnancy, labor, common interventions, comfort measures, and informed decision-making so you feel knowledgeable and prepared.
After completing the book, we meet virtually to review your birth plan together in detail. During this session, we customize your plan based on your pregnancy, provider, and birth setting, and make sure you feel confident advocating for yourself during labor and birth. This service is available nationwide and designed to provide guidance, clarity, and support no matter where you plan to give birth.
