About me

The Nesting Place is Central Florida's home for natural childbirth education the Bradley way! My goal by the end of every class series is to not only give expectant people the tools and information they need to understand what is happening during labor and birth, but also to provide the support needed to feel empowered enough to make informed decisions about their care with confidence. Service introduction

Natural childbirth education classes taught in small groups of 3 to 5 couples. Classes are ideal for those looking to go through the birth process as a team, with a focus on helping the partner to feel like that are an important and needed member of the process. Perfect for anyone looking for a natural, unmedicated experience be it in a hospital, at birth center or at home. This is a 12 week, comprehensive, evidence based course that included helping you to understand your rights and options as a childbearing person or couple.

Full Class Series

Course is designed to be taken throughout the whole third trimester in order to prepare the mind and body for what is to come on your birthing day. Education is something that no one can take away a from you and it is something that is proven to make birth outcomes better, because when you KNOW better you BIRTH better. This course provides all you need to understand how pregnancy affects the birthing body, how to nourish the pregnant body optimally, what partners can do to be truly invaluable to their birthing person, your rights and options, what actually happens during the birth process, how to manage the intensity of birth naturally, infant feeding, postpartum recovery, and baby care basics. It's all in one place. Price includes: -12 weekly classes face to face classes - birthing person + chosen coach (and/or family) - student workbook ($50 value) - resources binder ($75 value) - unlimited support via phone, text email - connections to other pregnancy, birth and postpartum professionals should you need them

We could not recommend this course more! As first time parents, the Bradley Method Course was recommended to us from a friend who knew our desire to have a natural childbirth experience. We did not know what to expect, but left the course feeling educated, inspired and empowered for our birthing experience as a team! We know none of it could have been possible without Ispa and her knack for making each class special. We were actively engaged by her immense amount of knowledge and ability to instill so much confidence in us, helping us release any fears. While our little girl’s birth did not go to plan, resulting in a hospital transfer from home birth, we were able to still have a natural birthing experience because of what Ispa taught us. We were able to advocate for ourselves, feel strength as a team and confident that we knew what was happening every step of the way.
