I would like a home birth if everything goes well, no medical intervention, ( unless of an emergency) water birth as well, I can provide the water and the tub Budget is anywhere from 500$-1200$ , if possible I’d prefer to stay under 1,000$ As for the birth plan , I’d like to have minimal medical intervention, everything as natural as possible, water birth ( as stated above) and either in my home or outside in my yard. If that unattainable I understand. If an emergency comes and the hospital is where I need to go then here’s what I do and don’t want once baby is born; No epidural, possibly laughing gas , possibly pitocin. No c-section unless my life or the baby’s life depends on it. Placenta is kept . No eye ointment once baby’s here . Don’t cut the cord until it’s not pulsating and it is white. Prefer to push on my knees rather than laying on my back Minimal fetal monitoring once baby is here , also want 2 hours minimum of golden hours with baby before they’re taken off and checked . Minimal monitoring once me once admitted, I want to be able to move freely ( unless absolutely unattainable)
